The new medication Revlimid, that proved to be particularly effective in most cases of use, can be found on the modern market.
Revlimid has been approved by European Commission and US Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of severe diseases. Nowadays, it can be used by the patients with myelodysplastic syndrome and lymphoma.

This drug can be dangerous for the patients with certain levels of platelets or neutrophils.

The recommended initial dose of Revlimid is 25 mg once a day (1-21 days of cycle). The entire treatment cycle includes 28 days.
The use of Revlimid can cause side effects, such as: muscle weakness, reduced level of neuthrophils and platelets in blood, general weakness, constipation, muscle cramps, anemic syndrome, stomach upset and rash.
